- Adherence to the Content Moderation & Approval Policy, Content Review Policy and Content Archival Policy
- Execution of the Website Monitoring Plan and Contingency Management Plan
- Accessibility compliance with GIGW 3.0 and WCAG 2.1 Level AA
- Acknowledging citizen feedback received through the feedback form and ensuring timely response
